Life is an open book exam! No one can learn all the answers, no one! Professionals need to learn the questions!
The most important person in any real estate transaction is not the individual "experts" but the professional that sees all the reverent and necessary questions are ask and answered!
To be an expert is to learn a lot about very little, but life is seldom limited to one subject. Professional Fiduciaries need to know the questions or at least when to question. Life is an open book exam!
