Great investment property in super location near I-12 and the new Juban Crossing Development. Quiet, secluded, rural area. Corner lot, with separate parking for each unit. Shared laundry facility. Very unique structure with stonework accents outside and very nice brick floors inside. Great income producing property, needs some work on outside siding, inside units are in very good condition. Great opportunity!
