2011 December Blogging Challenge -- Day 18 & 19
Day 18
Put business cards on 150 magnetic calendars and am ready to stuff them into plastic door hanger bags.
Went to a office party for my husband. Took some great Christmas photos, but unable to upload on the computer at home. A pop up issue I think.
Cute Christmas tree.
This is one of the eight santa's the bosses wife had in the house where the Christmas party was held.
I don't think I've ever seen a Starbucks Christmas ornament before.
Do you put out a Christmas village at your house? Please comment and copy a picture in your comment. The bosses wife did a good job on this Christmas village.
Some of the great food we had at the party. The mac and cheese was home made and delicious.
The cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory was the first to go from this great looking dessert platter.
Some of the buildings in downtown Houston put lights around the edge of their roof, but this building is lit from all sides and changes color. Very nice.
Day 19
I put two of the Christmas village houses at one of my listings, along with some Christmas cards, a bow on the door and two Christmas signs in the yard.
Also, drove around to get more pictures of the lovely fall colors on the trees in the Houston and Tomball area. I just don't remember the trees in this area having such beautiful colors on them in the fall. It might be something to do with the lack of rain here in conjunction with the cold.
Lovely fall colors in the Houston area.
The trees are losing their leaves here, but the ones that are still on the trees are a pretty red orange color.
A solitary red leaf. This must have fallen off the tree recently, because the leaves turn brown shortly after falling off the tree.
This tree off Louetta has put on a brilliantly colored show this year. It is losing its leaves now.
Another beauty.
After I got to the office I put together another 150 business card calendars. Printed out labels for calendars going out in the mail to some of my neighbors in Heatherwood Village.
