Ingredients:
1 lb pork loin, cubed
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 piece raw egg, beaten
2 cups cooking oil
1 small cubed red bell pepper and green bell pepper (1 each)
1 chopped medium sized red onion
1 small carrot (diagonally sliced)
2 servings of sweet and sour sauce
Instruction:
1. In a bowl, combine pork loin and soy sauce. Marinade for 30 minutes.
2. In a pan, Pour the cooking oil then apply heat.
3. Mix the cornstarch and flour in a bowl then mix
4. Put the marinated pork in beaten egg then on the cornstarch and flour mixture.
5. Deep fry the pork until the color turns medium brown. Set aside.
6. Prepare a separate pan then put the sweet and sour sauce and water then let it boil. Add the carrots. Simmer for 3 minutes.
7. Add onions and bell pepper (green and red) and simmer for 4 minutes (add water as needed).
8. Add the deep-fried pork loin and stir for 2 minutes.
