We're hard at work baking Christmas cookies this morning, so hope you'll forgive the early Christmas message. No 'nog' involved (darn it ... too early in the day) ... but the tunes are playing and I've a few minutes between batches so thought I'd send this along now.
The Irishman to whom I am married comes up with limericks and good thoughts for almost every occasion.
Having absorbed these for many years, I like to use versions of one of his sayings in every Christmas card I write:
"May 2012 bring you many blessings of good health, loud laughter, much love, and great prosperity."
However, this morning, a wonderful Christmas and New Year blessing came my way via Old Republic Christmas wish. It's definitely something to share:
"May your walls know joy, may every room hold laughter, and every window open to great possibility."
~ Mary Anne Radmacher
With all that said, my family and I wish you all these blessings in the New Year and always. Thanks for being friends, confidantes, buddies, and clients! in this complex real estate life. Now ... on to more and better for the holidays and 2012!

Thanks for sharing. We caroled our way around the neighborhood last night in 20 degree temperature and received warm thanks from all we encountered.
"May your walls know joy, may every room hold laughter, and every window open to great possibility." ...... what a great saying.
This year has been a struggle for so many people across the country and I hope 2012 brings everyone a great 2012.
Thanks for making Active Rain a great place to meet and visit. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Jeff, I haven't been caroling since I was a child. ... Of course, no one invites me since I can't carry a tune either. What fun though. I'm absolutely certain everyone loved it!
Kay: It really is a great saying ... I loved it! I have high hopes for 2012. I think there's such a pent-up demand to have this struggle behind us, don't you?
Gabrielle: You too!
