I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community! I have learned so much invaluable advice reading the blog roll almost everyday. I also love the powerful Google juice my Rainmaker membership has earned me! I received three contact during the last month! One customer needed financing information and one possible customer is looking for properties in my area. The third customer has submitted two property bids with me just yesterday! Hopefully my next member blog will be an Active Rain success story about a closing.

Thank you for all of my Active Rain friendships I have made over the last year. I hope to continue them into 2012!
