That number seems very high to me. Is this single family homes only or does it include multi-family also.

1373 Condos were sold in 2011 in Hollywood Beach and Hollywood

What about now? Are we better today than in October?!

I can see, the asking prices are much higher in May 2012, than were in 2011.
