Baird & Warner's Eric Bryn Makes the
Inman News "100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders 2011"

The real estate company I work for, Baird and Warner (Winnetka office) is light years ahead of the Eric Bryn - Baird & Warnercompetition when it comes to its online presence.  And that was before Eric Bryn came on board in 2010.  He was just named as one of the "100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders 2011" in technology.

Eric Bryn is Vice President, Digital Innovation for Baird & Warner.  His job is to insure that our agents "have access to the very best digital marketing tools available both now and into the future."  This year he has developed a web-based customer relationship management system that works with Google Apps to help agents communicate with their clients and manage their web presence.

His aim is not just a website redesign but rather a comprehensive and innovate plan that will make the customer experience something not seen before in the realm of online home searches.

Eric is one of the most intense, driven and passionate people I have ever met.  He has great plans for the Baird & Warner technology front and I, for one, can't wait to be a part of it.  Be on the lookout for a whole new way to search for your next new home!

(As a side note, Baird & Warner head Steve Baird has made the "100 Most Influential" list for several years in a row.)

I help brokers build businesses they love.

Eric is great, isn't he? Don't you love watching him present...you can tell he loves teaching people and communicating.

We kind of take for granted our leadership, don't we?...Pretty unusual for a regional broker to be so well represented on the Inman list every day.
