November Sales 2011 Market Report for Norwalk, CT
Depending on where you were located this fall in Fairfield County, your home real estate sales would have been affected by the storms we had - Hurricane Irene in late August, and the other storm of the end of October basically disabled the real estate market in many towns. There were so many trees down, and such damage everywhere, that buyers stopped looking, and sellers were removing their homes from the marketplace until clean up could be completed. 
Even Norwalk was affected somewhat, even though it is more of a "city" than a small town with a lot of trees.
