To accommodate the end of month renewals since 12/31/2011 falls on a Saturday and the following Monday is a State holiday, Licensing will only honor December renewals that are filed in person at the front counter as timely filed on Tuesday, 1/3/2012 by close of business.

Renewal filings by mail, email or facsimile must be post marked or time date-stamped by 12:00 p.m. on 12/31/2011.

All online renewals must be completed by 12:00 p.m. on 12/31/2011.

All applicants shall;

Input all CE credits into online system*(Important, see below)

Submit the Renewal form LI-243.

Submit the Disciplinary Actions Disclosure form LI-214/244.

May need Proof Of Residency, please check record to assist customer.  (If name on POR does not match record, contact Licensing.)

Designated and Self-Employed Brokers;

Complete the Broker’s Self Audit Declaration.

All applicants must pay the in office fee;

Sales Agents = $210.00.

Brokers = $420.00.

Designated and Self-Employed Brokers with Branch Offices.

An additional $200.00 per branch office.

*ADRE has taken the position that renewals filed in person at the front counter for the 12/31/2011 expiration date that are timely submitted on 1/3/2012 will be considered complete and timely even though they may contain CE that was completed after the expiration date between 1/1/2012 and 1/3/2012. So ADRE will not pursue the fact that the CE courses were taken after the expiration date.
