We have some visitors! We saw them on a slope in Laguna Niguel, off Niguel Rd. & Clubhouse. There were twice as many as you see in the photo. They've been clearing all the grass & shrubs. Aren't they cute?! Hope you're all enjoying this wonderful Holiday Season!

Those goats sure look to be enjoying themselves!  It looks like a beautiful day in Southern California.  I hope you have a great Christmas!

Michael - Several years ago, I lived in a house on a cul-de-sac.  The house directly next door, had been let go, and the blackberry bushes had entirely taken over the large rear yard.  In fact, the new homeowner couldn't hardly open his back door without being welcomed with the thorny things.  SOLUTION:  A friend of his brought over 2 goats.  They opened the back door, and put the goats into the yard.  Within a week those bushes were nibbled down to the nubbens.  I was absolutely astonished.  They are more efficient than a weed whacker any day!

Thank you all for stopping by and leaving a comment. It is definitely unusual to see goats in Laguna Niguel. The goats have done a great job clearing off a huge slope near a residential and business area. I've seen many families with their young kids taking pictures.  Great photo op...

Happy Holiday's!!!
