Day 21-31 Days of December Challenge. Previewing potential new Neighborhoods for the Real Estate Farmer to Farm and Following Up.

Can you actually believe that there is only 10 days left in the year? And can you believe that I still haven't gotten my Business Plan done yet? I should have it done this week. I just dont like the two templates I am using. So I am shopping around for another one. Have some Business Plan Templates to recommend PLEASE DO? Anyway here is what I did today.

  • Previewed some areas that I didn't know about in Bowie Maryland  that I might consider doing some door knocking at come 2012. I HAVE SHIFTED MY FARMING WHERE I PLAN ON DOING MORE FARMING IN OTHER AREAS OUTSIDE OF PG COUNTY MD. Still working on how much are going to be spending in certain subdivisions and city/state.
  • Followed up on some leads. Two of the leasds are new and the other lead is a month old.
  • Got a call from my client saying that they have turned the Gas on under their name-HALLEJUHAH. So now the listing agent can finally send a Home Inspector (We are using a different program) out there to inspect the house so that we can get this ball rolling.
  • Commented on some blogs.
  • Currently writing this blog.

Lanre: Don't feel alone about that business plan!  WHOA, what HAPPENED to this year?!  It has just flown by and I'm finding myself worried sick that I won't get it done by 12/31.  I may have to forego New Year's Eve festivities this year to complete it!  (Seriously, if I have to, I will--I can't function without it and I will NOT use the one from this year again--too much has changed!)  Good luck to you and getting it DONE!

Your vision for door to door solication is admirable. I've heard of some agents getting remarkable results, even in highend communities. Our gated communities won't allow it however.
