If you don't hang around negative people, you don't need to brush off their lint. :)
OK, I can say that because I don't hang around my office a lot . . . just kidding . . . but when I do, almost everybody is positive, upbeat and going out to make deals happen. The thing is newspapers tell part of the story -- the story of sellers. In a down market, sellers aren't getting what they expect to get. I propose that perhaps some sellers' expectations are out of whack. On the other hand, buyers are getting terrific deals.
It floors me how buyers can get all excited in a seller's market, pay over market, settle for no inspections or repairs and yet FEEL GOOD ABOUT THE MARKET.
It's always a good market for somebody. The question is for WHOM? Right now, it's buyers.
