Cindy, clearly it is a steady market. When sellers are originally listing and selling in most cases within 5% or less, that says alot. People needing great information and great service need to give you a call.

Cindy, nice report. Back in the old days before computers we used to have a huge map on the wall of our Woodbridge Virginia office. On that map Erick would use a grease marker to show relocating buyers the price ranges inside the beltway, outside the beltway and then in Prince William County Virginia. That has not changed. Lake Ridge, Occoquan, and Woodbridge Virginia offer a great value within in commuting distance to DC. It should be interesting to see what happens in the spring market.

Peggy-I was working with a family this week who started out looking in Springfield and Burke.  When I showed them what they could get in Woodbridge and still have a reasonable public transportation commute to DC they changed their search.
