According to public records from the multiple listing service, there were 72 closed home sales in Kings Park during January 2011 through October 14 2011, ranging in price from $170,000 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath Colonial that was stated sold as is, to $715,000 for a 5 bedroom 4 bath Victorian style home.
Condo/Co-op sales in Kings Park totaled 12 units between $115,000 for a Studio Co-op at Kingswood to $585,000 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Condo at Country Pointe, during the same time period. This does not include for sale by owner, non-published or non-member sales.
