Hi Susie:  The lot is small... typical for this type of home... about 50 x 110.  How was Joe ?  Believe it or not, I am just now getting my voice back.  Hope you are well...

Karen Anne - Joe was FAN-TAB-UL-OUS as usual!!  He was great and the seminar was AWESOME!!!  You really need to schedule another Main Event in the next few months.  This is a true kick in the right direction!!  I took home so much more the 2nd Main Event (in August) after I was fully engulfed in working with my coach and getting all the systems into place.  It's the absolute best way to do business!!

Hi Susie:  I would just love it if you could sit down when you have some time and tell me all you can remember.  Things here could use a boost, too.  Thanks so much.

Karen -it's amazing that such a home can be purchased for this price. In my market, the 2 bedroom condos start at $250,000.  This home sounds like a buyers' dream.

Hi Faina:  Yes, the Fort Worth market is very reasonable.  And, what is kind of funny... when buyers come in from out of town, and are used to prices like you mention... a 2 bedroom condo for $250,000... they see a house like this, and want to pay full price without asking for anything.  That's where I come in.  If the new home they are interested in is from a builder who I know would pay incentives if asked, I suggest to the buyer to ask for the incentives rather than just pay full price.  They usually do, they get the goodies, and I get to play hero.  Not too bad... smiles all around.  Thanks for your comment...
