Update on a tax deal – maybe.
It appears the Politicos have agreed on a short-term fix (yes, another Band-Aid) on the pending demise of tax cuts and more (click here to read the story). The back and forth posturing and debates in Washington reminded me of a quote by John Mason Brown:
“The more I observed Washington, the more frequently I visited it, and the more people I interviewed there, the more I understood how prophetic L’Enfant was when he laid it out as a city that goes around in circles”.
