When it comes to Old Sacramento, it’s hard to decide whether my favorite activities in Old Town are during Gold Rush Days on Labor Day weekend, or Raley’s Theatre of Lights during the winter holidays.
The Theatre of Lights combines delightful holiday and historic magic in historic Old Sacramento.
Earlier this week, I joined others in Old Town’s streets, to watch live performers combine with colorful light projected scenes and sound, on the sides of Old Town’s buildings. The performances create nostalgic holiday enchantment. And what a crowd pleaser it proved to be.
Raley’s Theatre of Lights has been ongoing, since November 25th. The remaining dates for performance are as:
• Thursday, Dec. 15-Sunday, Dec. 18, nightly at 6:15 and 7:45
