Well, today I wrote, and got accepted, an offer on a new construction home here in the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area.

It appears that this might be my last deal of 2011.

But coming so close to Christmas I considered it a gift!

And, since it's better to give than receive, I've decided to give the gift of my "Mystic Powers", to you, my faithful readers!

So, without further ado, I'm waiving my $0.01 cent fee and giving you the opportunity to seek my sagely advice!
