Canyon Lakes is comprised of a variety of homes ranging in size from 1200 to 3000 sq. ft and priced from the lows of $300,000 up to $825,000 ; depending on the style and section of Canyon Lakes you select. Home styles consist of condos, town homes , duets, detached homes on small lots and detached homes on larger lots. The larger detached homes are located in S. Canyon Lakes accessed off Alcosta.
All of the homes surround the Canyon Lakes Golf Course and have different points of entry. The main area which showcases the spectacular view of the lake is accessed off Crow Canyon Rd. The two other entry points are off Bollinger Canyon Road called Canyon Lakes Estates and entry on Canyon Hills off Alcosta referred to many as Canyon Lakes South.
All entries are gated and either have access codes to enter or a manned on premise security. It is estimated there are approximately 1800 homes total.

Canyon Lakes Sales Activity/Market Data thru November 2011
Prices year to date have remained somewhat stable - no unusual spikes up or down. April experienced the lowest sales price for the Condo/TH market with a sales price of $320,000. Canyon Lakes Estates sales ranged from a low of $85,000 for a 2329 sq. foot home to a high of $830,000 for a 3024 sq. ft. home.
Canyon Lakes South townhomes ranged in price froma low of $441,000 to $680,000 and the detached homes from $700,000 to $900,000.
