HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012 !! As we enter a new year we all have something to be thankful for.
Count your health as a blessing , without good health , I believe it puts limits on our abilities to do the
best we can in our lives. Does that mean keeping our New Years Resolution ?
Yes it does, if it is to go on a diet, join a gym, stop smoking etc.
These are all essential to good health. I have a friend that is getting a dog,because it will force him to go out and
walk more. And no matter where you live, we are surrounded by the beauty of nature.
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012!!
If you do a few things to improve your health, you will certainly be here to celebrate 2013.
Do not be a " couch potato ".
Remember your child hood, when getting on your bike and going somewhere was fun. Play a game of basketball,
even if you are by yourself, and you will be surprised how someone else will come along.
If you live where it is cold and snowy, build a snowman or cross country ski, these are all good forms of exercise.

Do something new, try a new adventure. I recently went zip-lining. It was a great experience.
