BOBBI AND THE STRAYS - FREEPORT ANIMAL SHELTER
Bobbi and the Strays, a no-kill animal shelter in Freeport received a large donation as a Christmas gift - enough food to feed its more than 400 animals for the next few months.
Halo, the Ellen DeGeneres-owned pet food company and Freekibble.com, a website dedicated to providing pet food to shelters across the nation co-sponsored this contribution at a most opportune time since the shelter has taken in more animals than expected lately.

Jill: Bobbi and the Strays... sounds like a great name for a rock group to me. I think it's so important, especially during the cold winter months... that we take care of our puppies and kitties. What good news to hear.
