MoneyA couple weeks ago I spoke with a Money Magazine Reporter about why Columbus would be a good place to retire and where the best place in Columbus might be to live if one were retiring to Columbus.  This week their article came out and they quoted me as saying this about the Short North area,

“There’s more empty nesters than young hipsters moving back,” says local agent Joe Peffer. One gallery even exhibits work from retired artists. Short North is a stone’s throw from the courses, lectures, and legendary football games of Ohio State, the largest university in the country.

The article called the Short North Super Affordable which is all relative when compared with the other 29 cities in the article.  They also mention Grandview Heights as a retirement possibility though I’m not sure where they got the notion that Grandview was on a River.

It’s nice to get recognition on this kind of National level and if you’re looking for A Realtor who can do this for your home, call me.
