He is only licensed in for the state of Alaska specifically the North pole. He works Real Estate only part time too. This intentionally limits his practice making it kinda slow for him all year round. This is a good thing because of his full time job delivering presents and visiting with others which takes up most of his time.

He did come by this Christmas and left me 2 referrals and one short sale plus a potential deal worth looking into. He will be entitled to full referral fees once I get things underway and set them up.
PART TIME INCOME
This is how he makes it from one season to another. He thrives off the referrals and deservedly too. He does require strict adherence to the code of ethics and is a Realtor too. The golden rule is standard thinking and is practiced all year long.
HE KNOWS WHOSE BEEN NAUGHTY OR NICE TOO
Mrs Santa works at the local board of Realtors and has access to grievance and professional standard records not only local, but state wide telling her what agents across the country have been naughty or nice. Then, this is promptly called to her husbands attention

He also left me lots of movie tickets. Now if there were only some good movies to go and see. He also left behind a nice jacket, a knife and lots of good cheer and a great recipe for spice, pumpkin and vanilla cake
