Not really because most HTML these days gets its formatting from an external file called a CSS file. When you copy and paste any html that gets formatting from a CSS file the link will be broken and it will not look the same. An experienced web designer could recreate the look, by looking at the CSS file and editing the HTML code, but it would likely be labor intensive.
