 Mesa Arizona is one of the oldest settlements in the valley.   Initially inhabited by the Hohokam people, the first group of settlers arrived in 1877 from Utah in what is now the Lehi area of Mesa. The city has grown to encompass 132 sq. miles and has a population nearing a half million.

There are 1495 single family residences actively for sale in Mesa today. Last month, 578 homes sold and there are 789 pending sales at present.

Mesa Arizona Homes for Sale 

 Homes are selling for an average of $77.18 per square foot, and 97.54% of list price. This represents a gradual increase over the past 4 months. Inventory is only 2.7 month's worth.

Prices range today is from $17,000 for a 2/1 mobile home, to $3,950,000 for a mansion with guest house.

  In the event prices continue their upward trend, this may be the last opportunity for a long time to purchase at less than replacement costs.
