I may not be there now but I am a step closer everyday.

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday. That will be my motto for working towards my goals for 2012. As for 2012 I have a team that I recently put together, I will be working the phone everyday and my goals are set very high to the point that we can reach them but we have to work hard ALL year. I have several listings but I have worked mostly with buyers in 2011. My goal is 25 new listings from now to April 1, 2012.

Anna, I'm going for it in every way. I told my manager that if I don not reach my goals that I told her... that I wanted her to fire me. That is a blog post that I will be posting next.

Michele, The Motto will be with me for 2012. The graphic is saved on my laptop and I will be looking at it EVERY time I get ready to make my calls and appointments.
