CALLING ALL NEW YEAR'S EVE REVELERS!!!

New Year's Eve is one of those nights that many people tend to over-indulge. The celebrating starts early and ends late.  Folks are toasting the memory of days past and are excited about the possibilties of the year ahead. 

I am blessed, I married my designated driver, so I won't need a designated driver.  If you weren't so lucky, and you choose to drink, PLEASE DON'T DRIVE.  You will be putting yourself and those around you at risk.  It's just not worth it. 

PLEASE choose a designated driver. Many bars and restaurants offer free sodas and more to the wonderful folks who are keeping you (and me) safe.

If you don't have a designated driver in Baltimore City, call Tipsy Taxi.  They will drive you HOME (don't expect them to take you to another bar!) for FREE from midnight to 4 AM on New Year's Day.

If you are not in Baltimore City, be sure to check in your area BEFORE you go out!

Great advice for the biggest drinking night of the year. It's a double duty night for area law enforcement. It's not worth the risk in every way.

When I was 17  years old my best friend's life was cut short by a drunk driver.  She and I were in school together, we were taking Catechism classes together, we got engaged the same time and the list goes on.  I am a happy designated driver, I rarely drink and I never drink and drive.  In fact, I'm more likely to be a designated driver than not.  There are so many great services available to keep everyone safe while we ring in the new year.

That video gave me chills.  So worth passing on to others.  Before my kids drive they will be watching many of these videos until it really sinks in.
