As you can imagine, many Buffalo Grove sellers took their home off the holidays for the Holiday Season. It's hard enough keeping your home clean when your kids are at school everyday, but when kids are on vacation, home from College, sometimes its just plain impossible to coordinate the real estate showings, especially when you are notified of a showing within just minutes of the time the so called buyer wants to see your home. I have 3 teenage boys and if I had to wake them up, have them clean up their room, and get out of the house before 10:00, I would probably be boycotted as their mom.
