The Equator system features a property-specific document repository that allows agents to manually add documents to a property, in addition to documents and photos that have been uploaded through tasks. Here are some tips and tricks to assist you when you are having issues uploading your documents or photos into your task or property library:
• Make sure that you are able to open your document outside of the Equator system. If an error occurs when you try to open it, the document will not upload.
• Re-save the file to your desktop.
• Re-name the file, eliminating spaces and symbols. Long file names and spaces can cause an issue when uploading. File names should be simple.
