New Affordable Senior Housing in Village of Montgomery, NY

A ribbon cutting ceremony was recently held in the Village of Montgomery, NY to celebrate the completion of Montgomery Manor, a new senior housing community. This complex offers affordable housing to seniors.

With the growing senior population in Orange County, seniors who are on a fixed incomes can apply to move into this beautiful affordable housing facility with rents projected to be between $290.00 and $675.00 per month at Montgomery Manor.

The senior population is growing rapidly everywhere, so demand for specialized housing is growing as well. I'm sure Montgomery will have no trouble filling their units.

This is something that is definitely needed...I hope many will benefit from this kind action.

Danielle - You're right. Housing of this nature is needed for more people are living longer.

Derrick- with the Senior population on the rise, and only expected to grow with each passing year, this is something that is needed in a big way.

Derrick: this is great news, I love to hear that their are more available affordable housing for seniors. There is still work to be done as this group is growing.
