Hi Frank,  Nice to be optimistic, but toward the end of the article it is pointed out that you are still above 10% unemployment and they really don't see that changing until as late as 2016.  While I think things are getting a little rosier, I would probably stop short of calling what we are now seeing as "recovery".

How is business for you?  Things picking up a bit?  Here in Eugene, OR it does seem like homes are moving a bit quicker. 

I am going to add you as an associate  on Active Rain in case I have a buyer moving your way in the future, and would love it if you could add me as an associate as well and refer to me in the Eugene, OR area.  Thanks, Colin
