Day 27 and Day 28.... Spent most of my real estate time babysitting my pendings.....One will close tomorrow...One on Friday.... And one is part of TAX SALE HORROR and need a lot of work..... I wonder how long I will have my buyer.....So far the new title company agreed to overwrite the judgement but all the other judgements that were cleared appeared on the preliminary title report....My middle son left today :( and we had a dinner for the eighth and last night of Chanukah with family..... Tonight some of my friends are getting together for the "ninth" night of Chanukah..... So inbetween driving, babysitting pendings, a broken disposal at a rental, a lost hat and cooking I haven't blogged or called new clients....
On a strange note when I asked for the HUD1 the escrow officer was suprised....Apparently many agents cant read them and just want the closing statement....Seems to me they are not earning their commission.... Got to go hubby is here with the Kasha...
