 For the last few days I've been calling everybody who's downloaded trials of FasTrac Investor to learn what's on their mind & gather feedback about the software. Here's the feedback - both general and specific - that I've been getting:
Agents and investors want to be part of something big, exciting, and optimistic. We crave this more than ever in today's down economy. It's more than just wanting an edge over the competition - I think we all want reassurance that everything's going to work out OK, and we hope that our industry is going to pull through these tough times to see brighter days ahead.
For me, hope also plays a role with FasTrac Investor, and it's what sold me on taking a position with this company. As a real estate software developer, it's not often that I come across a product that I actually feel good about: what I like about FasTrac Investor is that it's an innovative tool that people can actually use - day in, day out, and late at night when they should be sleeping. Our company, Forescent, is full of relentless innovation - and that gives me hope that we can make a positive difference in an industry that really needs it right now.
Innovation is what makes FasTrac Investor addictive: when you sit down with it long enough to really dig into it, then you end up spending way more time with it than you first imagined. I love hearing that from users, because it means that we're making a difference. You're not burning time on Facebook or Twitter: you're investing time in a tool that provides direct financial benefits. People are using our software to dig through property leads, and poring over the automated analysis to find the best deals. That's big, and I love it.
 Our financial analysis suite was another key piece of feedback: our users love it, and they use it, and it saves them a ton of time. It's the feature that every single one person I spoke with mentioned got excited about. FasTrac Investor lets you search a national inventory of over 1.5 million distressed property leads and easily save the ones you're interested in for instant analysis for B&H, B&S, and wholesale strategies - which lets the software easily drill down to determine which properties are worth your time and which ones simply waste it.
