Lucky, I had to stop by after seeing this home, it's absolutely beautiful.  And so is that staircase....It would be nice if builders here used them.  I'm sure they are going to sell fast, especially at that price.

Carole,

This builder has been building since he was a kid!  I went to school with him at Davenport Central High School back in the early 70's. 

His grandfather built some of the nicest homes back in the 30's, 40's, 50's, and 60's.

His father continued the tradition with quality building in the 60's, 70's, and 80's.  I used to sell James V. Costello Junior's houses back in the 70's and 80's.

And now, James V. Costello III (Jamie) has been building quality homes for people for over 30 years!
