Brazilians Boosting Miami Condo Market
Coming from a country that has no recession and has just passed Britain to become the sixth largest economy in the world, Brazilians are spending freely in the Miami real estate market.
To accommodate their flush clients, some firms are not only opening offices in Brazil, but making their offices here one-stop shops offering interior decorating, concierge services, car purchases, and much appreciated visa help and legal advice.
Housing is inexpensive here compared to Brazil and the relative safety of Miami makes it a great holiday home to visit a few times a year. Brazilian freely flowing funds have helped account for more than half of all property sales in Miami, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles and South Beach filling those empty condo towers.
