REALESTATE & The Quality of todays buyers/Who are today's leary buyers?

Are there any agents out there who have noticed over the past year that the quality of the buyers has changed drastically.  Despite the fact that they are not as plentiful and are much more selective due to the high supply in general the buyers that are looking these days are very much different than the past 3 years.  Anyone have a thought?  After all its truly a buyers market, the buyers should be on cloud 9!!!  Today's buyers should really think about the many opportunities out there and put their best effort toward working with a Realtor who knows the business.  Finding a great deal that would make their dreams come true may be right around the corner.
