The 28th day of the Blogging challenge It was another busy day. I got a call from a lady from a national bank who I had completed 4 BPO's for the last week. She asked a lot of questions, way more than a processor or valuator for a bank would ask. Turns out she is a senior Asset Manager and was interviewing me to get Listing assignments. She was very happy with me finishing the BPO's on the same day and the great amount of information I included in my comments. She asked if I serviced Merimack County, which I do. She asked if I could check out a home within 48 hours for occupancy. I told her I would go within the hour, she said "now that is service". She assigned me the Listing.
I continued working ion my 2012 plan but was interupted often. I must thank Anna for her great plan which I have been printing for future use when time allows. Being so busy, there was not any time to continue with my 2012 plan but I am starting to think the best plan may be to just keep doing what i am doing by working hard.
