Wishing You and Your's A Happy And Prosperous 2012!

Before everyone closes up shop and their blogging here in the rain, I just want to wish all a happy and prosperous 2012.

For me and my agents, 2011 has been a really tough year. Only one in my office hit and passed 2010 sales numbers.  Real estate sales for our entire MLS is about 60-70% of what it was in 2010. Much of this business was foreclosures.

Looking ahead, I see a dramatic drop off of foreclosures and an increase in normal sales. November and December this year is confirming that for me within our MLS. Except for 2008, business in election years usually gets much better so hopefully 2012 will hold to form.

Heres to a great and prosperous 2012!
