Unlike the Mutual Self-Help project RVCDC is building in Ashland, this project will only require 100 hours of sweat equity from the buyers. Although it isn't as affordable as the Auburn Estates project Lynn Nash LLC is building in White City, which consists of larger homes that include the ownership of the land in the price, Grape Street Village is in the City of Medford and buyers may be eligible for a Down Payment Assistance loan of up to $25,000.

  Of course, the Oregon Bond Loan currently offering RateAdvantage at 5.125% or CashAdvantage at 5.625% is always a great loan program for the First Time Home Buyer looking for affordable financing on their affordable home. It allows for additional down payment assistance programs you may qualify for, the option to have additional cash assistance through the CashAdvantage program, AND a below market interest rate on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage.
