Show off your rankings in your advertising, this has been especially good on the web, where they don't always believe you and go check on you right away. Then each time they check on you, it helps raise your ranking. I started in local homes magazines and newspapers and because I have counters on most of my pages saw a jump in all the keywords I was using. Then I put it on the front page of my web site and have almost always been on the first two pages of some top keywords.

Great post. I use stats like this too on listing appointments and it has been very effective. Not every agent can be on page 1 of an area real estate search. It is definitely an added bonus for a seller to use an agent with great web presence.
