Typically, most Real Estate Professionals spend this time of year working on their 2012 Realtor Business Plan for the upcoming year.  As Realtors, I heavily recommend that you consider working with a Lender who provides tools and technology specifically designed to help you with the following:

  1. To attract more Buyers
  2. To strengthen your Listing Presentations
  3. To help you with ongoing marketing campaigns (designed to help you "brand" yourself to your local community)
  4. To establish innovative (yet non-intrusive) ways to maintain contact with your current client database

2012 Realtor Business Plan

When preparing your 2012 Realtor Business Plan, ask yourself one honest question: "Are you adapting to market trends when implementing your marketing plans, or are you relying on what has worked in the past?"

If you are already loyal to your current Lender relationships, I encourage you to remain committed to working with these professionals (I am not interested in attempting to take food off the table from anyone).  If however, you are ambivalent and/or considering a change, I encourage you to watch the short video below and adapt your 2012 Realtor Business Plan accordingly.

An example of adapting and evolving to current market conditions is the fact that many Lenders have embraced business development tools aimed at enhancing their current Realtor relationships.  It is absolutely not good enough for a Lender to drop off rate sheets & donuts to Real Estate Offices and expect to cultivate and retain Realtor relationships.

Again, for a brief introduction to these innovative new marketing methods, please take >1 minute to reveiw the video below and allow me to enhance your 2012 Realtor Business Plan.
