Alright I have told all my real-estate colleagues about how great active rain is! I have been a member for only a little over a month. However I am meeting a lot of real-estate professionals in my area of Lake County that do not feel that blogging is important at all. I have learned alot by just reading and have received alot of great ideas. Why is their not that much blogging going on in the Cleveland Area. Are we behind the times or what???

Trying to convince other professionals that it does work is like pulling teeth......

I would really like to see more people in my area on here, I really do feel that it is very benifical not only for business but for yourself as well.......

I had been here about two months now and have over 40,000 points on one of my settings.  It is great.  Yes I have read another blog you posted a while back.

Well, I just read today in another blog that those who are here will move ahead of the curve and be onto the next thing before others even get on board.  Use it to your advantage...Here's to your success!!!!!!!

Aili and Rhonda,

It's sometimes hard to convince people to embrace something new, like blogging at AR. Even when you explain to them what the benefits can be, they still won't even give it a shot. Let them be, I say, and you enjoy the added marketing clout.

I don't think that blogging is for everyone.  Everybody has ways of doing business that work for them.  But I looooove bloggging!

I'd just leave them in the dust.  Old ways of doing real estate are not working now.  You have to be flexible and willing to do new and innovative things to get houses sold.

Don't get too frustrated about it.  There are lots of agents who will not embrace blogging until more agents are doing it...Blogging is not for everyone, although it sure has become an addiction for me!

Well, it's just an advantage to you that they don't think blogging works. Some in this business are just not up to speed.

There are those who simply hate to write. They will never become blog converts.
