Free Mortgage Assistance Program
- Assistance for program participants in the event of involuntary unemployment, disability, union-approved strike or lockout
- Participants may apply of an interest-free loan tocover up to six months of their mortgage payments whild unemployed or disabled
- Eligibility for mortgage assistance begins on year after closing on a Union Plus Mortgage
- Unique benefit not offered through any other lender which protects the homebuyer and the investment they have made.
