After the FED's cut federal funds, the rate declines we have been enjoying came to a halt.  Additionally FED Chairman Bernanke didn't paint a pretty picture talking about the housing slump, the weak dollar, and high oil prices.

808 Home Mortgage, Inc. can offer wholesale mortgage interest rates from different lenders/banks.  Today for a 30 yr fixed mortgage I can get your clients 5.875% with 1.5 points, 5.98% with 1 points, or 6.125 with .75 points, lower than the average rates below.

Below are the average rates according to a survey of large lenders with an average of .38 points.  Lower rates available by paying more points up front.

The average 30-year fixed rose to 6.34%.

The average 15-year fixed went up to 6.04%.

The average jumbo 30-year fixed rose to 7.05%.

5/1 ARM fell to 6.18%.

Home Equity Loans Rates FELL:

The average HELOC dipped to 7.64%.

The average fixed-rate home equity loan fell to 7.99%.
