Free Internet Marketing Sites for Real Estate Listings

I'm going to try to make a sticky of this to post on my site and keep it updated for everyone. Please add any sites you know of that I've missed (I'm sure there are a lot!). This is ONLY for free sites - they can charge a fee for "enhanced" listings, or to promote yourself....but to post listings must be FREE.

Thanks for looking this all up. Have you used any of these and if so which ones do you like? We like Craigs' list and have received inquiries from that one.

I really like Realbird. You can format and link directly to Craigslist, Kijiji and Backpage once you enter the info. Realbird's consumer site is searchonmaps.com. Realbird also provides some good content for your personal site & blog such as a map which has all of your listings on it. It's very user-friendly.

I get good leads from Zillow and I really like the Zillow EZads. They're cheap, easy to track and also provide good leads.

Does anyone know if craigslist.com feeds into Zillow.com or do you have to post to each site separately? An associate at my office told me this and if it's true-that 's great-less work ....but if not I don't want to miss the opportunity to post listings on some of the sites. Do any of them feed off the others?? Thanks again and I am going to utilize these sites.

I'm with L&F and heard at our staff meeting that Wes Foster just inked a coop deal with Zillow....anyone heard this. I've used Postlets.com which takes your listing info and uploads to various sites but have not received any response or inquiry from any of my internet listings. Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions.
