In the Cedar City Real Estate Market one of the newer great subdivisions is Westview Estates. By writing about it, I am staying in the county on the South West side of town. These homes are all on at least 1/2 acre lots. There is a good mix of homes in the Subdivision, some that would be considered upscale starter homes to larger more executive styled homes.

In the past 12 months there have been 12 homes sell. They have ranged in price from $124,000 to $245,000. There are 94 lots for sale in Westview Estates. They range in price from $21,900 to $36,000. These lots range in size from .5 an acre to 1.04 acres.
The fourth phase of Westview Estates got caught up in the bursting Real Estate Bubble, thus the large number of lots available to bring your own builder and build your dream home! Westview Estates really is one of the great subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market.
