A Slight Relief.....you think???

Is word getting out there to the buyers???? According to Realtor.org October was a much better month then september for buying....

Is it working? Is all of our efforts of speaking that its such a great time to buy, your going to see a huge appreciation on the value of your property and the interest rates are at a 40 year low!!!

Well, compared to last October we did sell more homes.........But there is so many efforts being done in trying to promote that we are in a great market to buy. I do feel we are going to see an amazing increase soon in home sales.... Personally, I would be plunging all my dollars into investing in this market.

This is a great post, and one that we all can learn something from.

Our market in Central Florida seems to be turning a little bit. We still have big problems with property taxes and insurance that have not been corrected, so the road to recovery is still a long way off.
