Dec. 30, 2011 Bank Owned and Foreclosure Friday

Happy New Year! It's Nanci Garnand with RE/MAX Alliance and I am ending 2011 with a look at the Bank Owned Homes and Foreclosures new on the market in Larimer County.

I have picked out three good deals out of the eight homes new on the market:

1. 4502 Creekwood Drive, Loveland - This home is ready to move-in and includes the appliances. It's also listed about $14,000 below the taxable value. Good deal!

2. 7035 Ruidoso Drive, Windsor - An even better deal is this home that is listed about $100,000 below the asking price for new construction in the same area. Better deal!

3. 1019 Club View Road, Fort Collins - The best deal this week by far is this gem listed at $283,140 which is significantly lower than the taxable value of $617,900. Best deal!
