So how is everyone doing this November?  I have sold a few foreclsoures and have some good listings, but activity seems to have slowed a little. I think it will be ok in time. Any thoughts?

In Long Island...I have been busier than I care to think about.  Price the properties right and the buyers will knock down your doors.

This is the season that brings out really serious buyers.  This is when I switch to working with some of them.  Also Realtors seem to take vacations at the holidays and I pick up more clients.

Hi Gale.. Thats great your really busy.   I am located in a pretty small town out side of Ft Worth. We do alot of homes on land and lake property. I have seen it better but I also have seen it much much worse. Like in 1981 whe FHA was 17 %.. So I am not griping to bad, it could be really bad. But this will help us in the long run, some of the home building has gotten out of control and needed slowing down.

Tim Tim... Busy has been somewhat slow for the REO Master Queen Bee if I have to say so myself :)

While I was playing in Galveston however, I did get 5 new assignments. I think now that the government bailout program has been approved, things will start moving again. I won't be able to stay in the top 250 Texas Re/Max agents if business slows down to much :)

Wanna go on a cruise with me? Do you have a passport?

Little Nita ....Slowed over here too, but I know you will end up with 85 listings again in no time. You can go from 20 listings to 80 listings faster than anyoine I have ever seen.  So you have no worries... You will also have 15 in preforeclosure.  So I iwill keep trying to sell your inventory !

When is the cruise?, no I dont have a current passport
